High-Tech goes to school.

Max-Planck-
Gymnasium, Lahr

Under the slogan "High-Tech goes to school", Herrenknecht is supporting the teaching of natural sciences and technology at the Max-Planck-Gymnasium in Lahr.

During the next eight years, this financial and material support to the tune of 35,000 euros p.a. will aid the practice-orientated teaching of physics, chemistry, biology and geography.

Herrenknecht Grant for the Braunschweig Technical University

Herrenknecht is funding periods of residence abroad, study at foreign universities and periods of work experience on construction sites or engineering practices for students of the Carolo-Wilhelmina University, Braunschweig.

Colorado School of Mines

Since 2000, Herrenknecht has been sponsoring the "Colorado School of Mines" University in the United States of America.

"Hope" Project, Chengdu

Herrenknecht is giving 30,000 euros in support of the "Hope" Project in Chengdu (Sichuan Province). "Hope" helps young girls and boys to continue their schooling.

Technology is the Future

Engineering know-how is one of Germany's most important raw materials. The initiative "Technology is the Future" promotes young people's training in the field of engineering. Herrenknecht has been participating in the initiative since 2008.
