Structure of the Company.

Since the transformation from Herrenknecht GmbH into Herrenknecht AG in 1998, the company is headed by four directors. Company founder Dr. Martin Herrenknecht is Chairman of the Board of Management. Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Gebhard Lehmann is his deputy and responsible for the business unit Traffic Tunnelling. Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Werner Suhm is in charge of the section Utility Tunnelling and Betriebswirt (VWA) Kurt Stiefel is responsible for the Financial Management.
