• Full Service Provider (Rental of tunnelling equipment, personnel, spare & wear parts, excavation tools)
• Engineering consultancy covering all the major systems required to ensure the efficient operation of the tunnelling jobsite (site installations, organizational structure, shift models, tunnelling program)
• Operational support to optimize the tunnelling process, particularly focusing on the coordination of the interfaces between TBM technology, construction and logistics during tunnelling
• Preventive maintenance program for the complete tunnel boring machine and integrated technical management systems to monitor spare parts and cutting tools consumption (guidelines and recording)
• TBM operation, performance related contracts
• Solution-oriented support to overcome any problems which may occur during tunnel construction
• Interface to other Suppliers (e.g. rolling stock, formwork, conveyor belt systems)
