Our founder Martin Herrenknecht promotes young talent and technology with great personal commitment. You can expect:

Our motivated team of 12 trainers will support you throughout your training. With intensive support, they contribute to your professional and personal development.
 

Remuneration and bonus during training

Good performance should be rewarded, and that's why we offer an attractive monthly compensation and special bonuses for outstanding performance.

• Monthly training remuneration:
  • 1st year of apprenticeship: €1,050
  • 2nd year of apprenticeship: €1,150
  • 3rd year of training: 1,250 €
  • 4th year of apprenticeship: €1,300
• Annual bonus system during the apprenticeship (key: report cards, in-house lessons and assessments)
• One-off bonus upon completion of training (key: Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualification)

Health management and pension plan

Herrenknecht AG employs people with a wide variety of work requirements.  Fitters on the shop floor, some of whom have to perform hard physical work, have a different workload than employees in administration. Of course, the fun factor and working together well with colleagues on a daily basis should not be forgotten.

• A "get to know you" day including team building measures at the beginning of the 1st year of training
• Joint excursion in the 2nd year of training (e.g. canoeing/rock climbing)
• Employee events such as our legendary Christmas parties, summer parties, etc.
• More fun in a team: in addition to company sports, we and our colleagues also take part in soccer, beach handball and handball tournaments or running events in the region.
