Gerhard Schröder is resigning from his position as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Herrenknecht AG, which he has held since December 2016, with effect from March 1, 2022. Gerhard Schröder clarified this in a personal meeting and by mutual agreement with the Chairman of the Board of Management of Herrenknecht AG, Dr.-Ing. E.h. Martin Herrenknecht.
